New COVID-19 Procedures:
As la Tierra begins the process of reopening, we have put into place new procedures so that we can safely and productively operate the salon in May.
Our top priority is always the safety and wellness of our staff and guests.
If you are not feeling well, or you have been exposed to COVID-19, you will not be allowed to keep your appointment and it must be rescheduled.
All staff will be wearing masks during their entire shift. All guests will be asked to wash their hands when they enter the salon and will be required to wear a mask during their entire visit.
Please do not come early for your scheduled appointment, as we are going to try to minimize the time you wait and the number of people waiting so as to keep in line with the social distancing guidelines.
Persons that do not have an appointment will not be allowed in the salon.
During your color processing, you may be asked to sit in your car and will be given the exact time to come back in.
No drinks will be served during this time.
Aveda has also advised us that all hand rituals will be halted at this time.
This is not something that we are taking lightly. Our goal is to do everything possible to remain open and the only way we can do that is if everyone cooperates and follows the procedures. If these procedures are not followed you will be asked to leave and reschedule your appointment.
The entire la Tierra staff looks forward to getting back to work and taking care of your hair and skincare needs. If you already have an appointment scheduled in May we will be reaching out to you to confirm. If you need to make an appointment please give us time as we are working on moving/changing/accommodating many guests.
If you are interested in purchasing any product you may email us at email@example.com. We will prepare your order and you will be able to pick it up curbside, but you will not be permitted to enter the salon. You can place these orders for pick up now.
If you have an appointment with us and need to purchase some product at that time, you may tell your stylist or esthetician what you need and they will gather it for you. There will be no browsing or touching the products of any kind.

Please feel free to reach out to us via phone call or email with any questions you may have regarding our salon reopening. Please note, due to COVID-19 and a large increase in call and email volume, response times will be longer than usual. We kindly ask that you refrain from sending multiple emails or leaving multiple voicemails repeating concerns, as this tends to further prolong wait times.
